Shipping & Delivery
Shipments take about 3-5 working days for urban regions and 5-7 working days for rural regions. The estimated delivery times are suggestive, and on some situations, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. If the package does not reach you on the estimated delivery date, please write to us at support@radiclemart.in or call/ whatsapp on +91-9342932227 for immediate support.
Tracking your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/ Whatsapp message with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. Also you can track you’re order from “My Account” page after log-in, and by clicking on the order number.
Return/ Exchange Policy
Most of our products are eligible for return, exchange and refund. There are some items that are customized products, products that are sold during sale period and few other large products which are difficult for handling are not eligible for returns/exchange, and you are advised to refer to product description to know if a product is not eligible for return or exchange. If you have received incorrect size, damaged/ defective or if you receive incorrect product than what you had actually ordered, you can request for a return/exchange from “My Account” page after log-in, and by clicking on return exchange button and choosing the appropriate reasons please note that a maximum of 5 days is allowed from the time the order has been delivered, alternatively you can contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return or exchange, you may write to us at support@radiclemart.in or call/ whatsapp on +91-9342932227 within 5 days of delivery to request exchange, return and refund.
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for returned/exchange. Once you request to return a product via the website, email or phone, a pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 working days after your return request has been received and approved by our team. In situations where a particular pin code is not serviceable for return pickup, customers are requested to send packages back to our warehouse address, the same will be coordinated by our team. This package is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked, and a refund or exchange is initiated.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing the order, by using the cancel/edit or reorder button from “My Accounts” section after log-in to your account. Post one hour, order will be considered as confirmed, alternatively you can email us at support@radiclemart.in or call/ whatsapp on +91-9342932227 to request a cancellation within an hour. Cash on delivery orders have to be authorized / confirmed by the customers through our Whatsapp API, after placing the order a message is automatically sent to the customer’s whatsapp number to confirm or cancel an order, only the orders confirmed by the customer are processed. Refund for cancelled or returned product, will be initiated in its original method of transaction, orders paid via cash on delivery will refunded by a bank transfer, customers will have to provide bank details via their registered mail-id, where they would like to receive the refund, please be informed that "instant refunds", are not possible/ supported for EMI, cardless EMI and pay later options, we are obliged to refund only, the actual amount during placing an order, we are not responsible nor obliged to pay any charges levied by your banks' end as charges for a particular transactions.
We will process your refund within 48 hours in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check, this entire process takes 12 working days after the return has been picked up.
